 Positive Motivation
It is a great pleasure to see how people
doing something with a high enthusiasm
and motivation.
People who has MOTIVATION has a
difference AURA from ones who hasn’t.
The aura will be different between
someone with a POSITIVE MOTIVATION
and one with a negative motivation.
Motivation is a stimulus which is formed
as FAITH and HOPE, and gives
ENTHUSIASM and ENERGY in doing
something.
“Worldly” motivation (women, children,
richness, food, family and social status) is
RELATIVE and WEAK.
The ABSOLUTE and STRONG motivation is
the one which uses in the whole life, and
in religion called BELIEVE.
Al Quran has mentioned many kinds of
believes. Two verses that completely
mentioned the kinds of believes are 2:177
and 4:136.
Verse 2:177 put ‘believe in the day of
judgment’ as the second issue, while
verse 4:136 put it as the last issue.
4:136. O ye who believe! Believe in Allah
and His Messenger, and the scripture
which He hath sent to His Messenger
and the scripture which He sent to those
before (him). Any who denieth Allah, His
Angels, His Books, His Messenger, and
the Day of Judgment, hath gone far, far
astray.
Belief that mentioned above is a POSITIVE
MOTIVATION. People who doesn’t have
that kind of believe will be counted as a
negative one (astray).
According to Hadits Riwayat (HR) Muslim,
the Prophet had added some kinds of
believes: “believe to meet Allah” and
“believe all of destinies (good and bad
ones)”
The Prophet had indicated many
branches of believes.
From Abu Hurairah ra, the Prophet said:
“There are more than sixty branches of
believes. Shame is one of its branch” (HR
Bukhari)
Let’s delve, show, and keep the MAIN
POSITIVE MOTIVATION which based on
believe in:

4.The Messengers

 Developing the Effective System
BELIEVE IN ALLAH means we believe in
KHALIK (THE CREATOR) of the universe.
Allah created the universe with its
galaxy to micro things in a perfect
arrangement.
The universe is moving dynamically in a
regular SYSTEM and known as NATURE
LAW which is appropriate with
SUNATULLAH.
Human is KHALIFAH FIL ARDL (the
representative of Allah on earth), so
they able to watch, learn, understand,
and take the advantages of the
universe’s regular system.
The nature’s regularity gives HUGE
OPPORTUNITY for human to ACTUALIZE
THEMSELVES
Believing in Allah (The Creator) gives a
positive motivation and avoids negative
motivation such as believe in creatures.
The strong motivation because of believing In company, we will develop an effective
in Allah will lead us to an EFECTIVE SYSTEM ORGANIZATION SYSTEM with a non-

BELIEVE IN ANGELS means we believe in

Angels are very DISCIPLINE to do their
duties to keep the harmony and
orderliness of the universe.
Angels are also love to HELP physically,
giving advice and support, or just wishing
a good luck for others creatures.
As a SOCIAL CREATURE, human needs lots
of supports from their environs. Usually,
we will have it when we do positive
things and ignore our passions.
Believe in Angels gives positive
FRIENDSHIP motivation and avoids us
from negative friendship motivation,
believe in DEVIL which loves to extend
SATAN whispers.

believe in GUIDANCE and WARNING for
human in living their lives.

content is suitable for human minds and
dedicated for everybody who read it.
Since it comes from the Universe Creator
who also the human Creator, the Holy
Book is a COMPLETE GUIDANCE
(comprehensive) and UNIVERSAL.
Human with skills to improve, innovate
and has ALTERNATIVES to expand will
need GUIDANCE and MANUAL in
controlling their behaviors.
By believing in the Holy Book, we will
have a positive OBEYING motivation and
it will avoid us from a negative obeying
motivation to other books which have
been contaminated by human passion.
When we have a strong motivation since
we believe in the Holy Book, we will love
to stay in a GOOD GOVERNANCE
environment.
We will RESPECT and OBEY to the POLICY
and PROCEDURE which had been decided
and agreed together.
Each social aspect has its Policy and
Procedure of PUBLIC INTEREST in
international, national, organization to
neighborhood and nuclear family scopes.
Besides, we will be SENSITIVE to the
Policy and Procedure which are breakable
and give negative effect, and will be
PROACTIVE in improving those policy and
procedure.
In the company, we will care and fight to
build a GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
with the universal and positive VALUES
and ETHICS. At the same time, we will
AVOID the strong tiding and complicated
policy and procedure.
GOOD GORVERNANCE will motivate
employees since they feel ‘BLESSED’ and
COVERED for what they have done. All of
employees, from management level to
operational level, will have a motivation
to work TRANSPARENTLY.

BELIEVE IN PROPHETS means we believe
to those who provided MODELS,
INSPIRATIONS and LEADERSHIP for us.
As models, the Prophets were
CONSISTENT to Allah determinations
which had told through Angels and
documented in the Holy Books.
In their leadership, the Prophets were
oriented to TARGET as well to
PRAGMATIC and INDIVIDUAL approach
by EMPATHY and EMPOWERMENT.
Believe in Prophets gives us a positive
IDOL motivation and avoid us from a
negative idol motivation of a destroyer
leader, such as PHARAOH.
When we have a strong motivation since
we believe in Prophets, we will love to be
in an environment with a LEADER who
has VISION and strong LEADERSHIP.
We will FOLLOW the leader and work in
harmony with others in his/her
leadership.
In the company, we will care and fight to
build a good LEADERSHIP and SUKSESI
KEPEMIMPINAN in all organization level.
A strong LEADERSHIP will motivate
employees since it DECREASES DOUBT
and make them FOCUS and INSPIRED in
reaching goals. Employees will be a
LEADER for themselves in performing
their accountability.

Allah forbid the Prophets to be sad when
there were REFUSALS from the
unbelievers because human’s belief is in
Allah affairs. Allah told the Prophets to
kept CONTINUE their leadership to those
who WANT to be lead.
Human who used to doubt, hasty, stingy,
and complaint, need a STRONG and
FOCUS leadership in reaching their goals.
Besides, we will INFECTED, SHARPENED
and TRAINED as a strong leader.
And then we will INFECT others with
leadership characters.
Because EVERYBODY is a LEADER in
different accountability degree.

 The Fair System of Reward
BELIEVE IN THE JUDGMENT DAY means
we believe that there will be a FAIR
CALCULATION of every achievement in
the world to determine the level in the
hereafter.
Living a GOOD live in the world will make
us deserve a good live in the hereafter
which is HEAVEN.
And living a BAD live in the world will
make us deserve a bad live in the
hereafter which is HELL.
Heaven is describe as beyond of the JOY
that we dream of. And hell is describe as
beyond of the PAIN that we can take.
Believe in the Judgment Day gives us a
positive motivation of a FAIR and positive
rewards, and avoid us from believe that
all of the good and bad behavior ended in
the world WITHOUT ANY RESPONSIBILITY
.
When we have a strong motivation since
we believe in the Judgment Day, we will
love to be in an environment with a fair
and positive REWARD and PENALTY
SYSTEM.
We will focus to do the good things in
each of our roles in family, office and
social life.
We will respect to all of the good
behavior and support in giving a proper
reward for the contributions.
It also motivate us to hate all of activities
which give bad effects to the community
and support the law in punishing those
bad activities.
In the company, we will care and fight to
build a REWARD SYSTEM which is based
on PERFORMANCE (Pay for Performance).
We will implement a PENALTY SYSTEM for
CONTRA PRODUCTIVE activities.
A fair reward and penalty system will
motivate employees to PUSH themselves
in creating a BETTER productive
performance for a better reward, ALL THE
TIME.
