Adjusting your favorites.
Look at your avorite recipes. By ollowing your type above, what items can you replace and stillmake your avorite recipes? Try one or two and see how they taste. Make sure you write downwhat you’re changing so you can repeat the recipe. You may find you like the recipe better withyour adjustments.3.
Try it twice.
I you didn’t like the recipe with the adjusted ingredients, don’t stop experimenting. Try addingherbs, spices, seasonings, etc. to change the flavor. Perhaps try a diferent way o preparing therecipe to see i that improves the taste.4.
New foods.
Try a ew new prepackaged or prepared oods that are per your chosen vegetarian type. Lookat the grocery store or oods that are advertised as “vegetarian.” Check the content list beoreyou buy. You might not realize that some o your riends and amily are vegetarians or might knowsomeone who is. Talk to them or find someone locally about the reasons they chose to becomea vegetarian and what they allow themselves to eat.7.
Vegetarian part time.
Some people are vegetarian part o the time. By limiting themselves to eating meat once ortwice a week, they still get the protein but are trying to help the planet by reducing their meatintake. I you eel you can’t stick to a strict vegetarian liestyle, try this alternative.
