ORDER
WHEREAS, by Order dated September 15,2004, the Court established proceduresto govern the appointment
of
Special Masters in intellectual property cases; andWHEREAS, the aforesaid Order provided, inter alia, that the Judges
of
the Courtshall designate a panel
of
Special Masters whose members will serve at the pleasure
of
the Judges
of
the Court; andWHEREAS, the Court has determined that
it
is
appropriate to form a new Panel;
NOW
THEREFORE, at Wilmington

IT IS HEREBYORDERED
that effective immediately a new panel is established consisting
