The document does download, certainly in Adobe format which worked for me. It is necessary, alas, still to have such learned rebuttals of the ritual murder slander even now, 900 years after it first appeared, since even in Scribd an antisemite has published a book claiming that these murders continue, and the Syrian Minister of Education wrote a book for the school system there "proving" the Talmud orders them; this has been influential in the Muslim world, and even spurred the creation of a TV series turning on the same fantasy of Jewish-Zionist demonism. Let no-one claim that anti-Zionism is not widely used as an excuse for old-fashioned vicious antisemitism, both in the Muslim world and elsewhere, for it obviously is.
Strack was a learned Protestant historian specializing in the New Testament period and Rabbinic literature. His book is still needed.
