Discrete Transistor Characteristics - 2SC Numbers
Discrete Transistor Characteristics - 2SC Numbers
Still Under Construction...No "branding", no registration required, no arbitrary limits to only so many datasheets, no stupid renaming themto the same thing for all of them so that someone downloading several needs to do more typing, no multiplelayers of stuff to go through to get at them, and no cookies -- just pick a page, and click a link.If you can think of improvements that I can make, I'm open to suggestions. If you like what I'm doing and would care to contribute anything, be it cash (in any form), parts, databooks, orwhatever, feel free to email me -- I could use all the help I can get at this point and all contributions of whatever size are gladly accepted.I've opened a PayPal account to make that easier...
If you navigated directly to this page, the rest of my parts pages can be foundhere. For transistors, we need to know the following characteristics:
●
Part number
●
Polarity
- NPN, PNP, N-channel, P-channel, etc.
●
Size
- small-signal, med pwr, power, etc.
●
Type of device
- Bipolar, FET, SCR, etc.
●
BV
CEO
- How much voltage it will withstand
●
I
C
- How much current it can carry
●
P
D
- How much power it can handle
●
h
FE
- device gain
●
F
T
- how high a frequency it will operate at
●
Package
- Case style (more important than with diodes, particularly med pwr and above)
Abbreviations Used--
SS == Small SignalHV == High Voltage (generally anything over 200V)LN == Low Noise
Types--
Medium Power == anything in a plastic case, such as TO220, etc.Power == anything in an all-metal case, such as TO3, etc.
