For those sellers still waiting toget an offer, they can anticipate receiving 94.7 percent of their original list price and a market time of 73 days.The drop in year-over-year inventory continued last week,down 6.2 percent to 63,214 Active Listings for Sale. Thisdownward trend has helped keep the Months Supply of Inventory balanced with demand at 6.4 months; however, ithas been creeping up slowly over the past few months.
