remainapublichousingtenant.Whenweterminateleases,themostcommonreasonsarefailuretopayrent(based
on
income)orcharges
in
additiontorent,permittingsomeonenotlisted
on
thelease
to
live
in
theapartment,housekeepingthatcreateshealthorsafetyhazards,committingdrugrelatedorviolentcriminalactivity(notjust
in
theapartmentorbuilding,butalsonearby),andinterferingwiththequietandpeacefulenjoymentofthepremisesbyothertenantsorpersonsresiding

theimmediatevicinity

Manor

screened
by
MDHA
in
addition
to
havingtheir
backgroundsscreened
by

according
toFederalGuidelines.Those
prospective
tenants
whofail
the
background
checks
will
not
be
allowed
tobecometenantsat
Cliff
Manor;
thosetenantsthataredisabled
will
be
entitled
to
a
live-in
aide,
al1live-in
aides
will
alsobesubjectto
DHA's
background
checkconductedaccordingtoFederalGuidelines;anda
live-in
maintenance
worker
will
beonsiteat
Cliff
Manor.
