Jason Cortland Hall was born in Lynn, Massachusetts, to Philip McCloy & Judy Lynn, onJune 14, 1971. He was raised in Bucks County, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and hasone sibling: a sister, Melissa.From an early age, Jason showed a keen interest in broadcast journalism and as a junior in high school he had become the producer of the school's daily closed-circuittelevision news program. In 1990 Jasons' father purchased a manufacturing business inMiami, Florida and wishing to follow in his father's footsteps, Jason enrolled in anInternational Business program at Barry University located in North Miami Shores,Florida. Jason was initiated in the Phi Kappa Tau Society and after obtaining hisbachelor's degree in 1994 he began working in the family manufacturing business.During this time Jason learned the inner workings of a manufacturing company but hadalso recognized a common disconnect with the Industry's use of technology and theinternet.In 1996 the family business was sold and Jason started looking for ways to introducethe use of Microsoft technologies & developing corporate product pages on the internet.For the next several years Jason worked for various manufacturing company's where heconsulted on Product Management, Process Control & Internet Marketing. A notablesuccess had come in 1998 while working for Wiborg Vinyl [a Plastic Extrusion company]where Jason rebuilt brand equity through a statistical quality control process thatresulted in a successful multimillion dollar acquisition.From that success, Jason ventured out on his own and founded DesignerMale.com withtwo colleagues. The concept involved the building of relationships with local merchantsof designer clothes for men provided at a discount over the internet. Working as theChief Technology Officer & Executive Vice-President, Jason was able to establish morethan 500 webpages representing thousands of products from local businesses. Jasonwas able to secure $2 million in venture capital funding that helped to jump start thebusiness and even obtained a full page ad in GQ Magazine.Recognizing a sluggish technology market in South Florida, In 2000 Jason moved toWashington D.C. where he landed a sales & marketing position with the well knownMicrosoft consultancy, Information Strategies. From this position Jason advanced hisknowledge of Microsoft and Information Strategies' founder, James Townsend wouldmentor Jason in World class marketing of Microsoft technologies.
