A collection of ten of my shortest poems. Some are unfinished, while others are short because they seem more direct that way . Enjoy!

A collection of some of my shortest poems.
Black Sand Beach
As I sit on this black sand beachWatching the stars I can not reachThe wind whispers across my skinMy hair slides across my cheek againA tear slowly drifts down my faceTaking me back to that time and place
As the warm morning sun begins to showMy desire pulses and starts to growI feel the warmth tickling my eyesI think of you as I watch the sunriseYou are the sunshine touching my faceA light that blinds me with its graceWhispering to life thoughts of youA reminder of your voice floats throughI still think you are the sweetest of menSo amazing and bright it should be a sinYour love ensnaring me like a wild vineYou will always be my darling sunshine
My Very Bed
Swirling red, about my head, twirling so near my very bedScreaming out, lips in pout, pleasure is near without doubtPassion's will, touch of chill, bodies laying perfectly stillStars align, love so fine, your heart exchanged for mineBlending light, breath of white, beating hearts fill the night
So Many, So Little
So many things, So little timeWhere are you but in my mindSo many thoughts, So little spaceWithout you I am without graceSo many smiles, So little painYou made my life better againSo many fears, So little hopeFrom my hand you took the ropeSo many hours, So little to sayGrowing old with you day by daySo many kisses, So little dreadOur life is a book yet to be read
Who I See
Being led to believe that this is meWho can this be, this girl I seeThe one in the mirror wearing my faceThose sad brown eyes that I can't placeThe smile turned simply upside downAlmost always a questioning frownTold that only worthless is my lifeSaying that I am duller than a knifeTwisting the words that I want to sayPulling my self worth down day by dayI have begun to realise what I think
Can be more than one can possibly drinkA fountain of knowledge right at the edgeBut still feeling like I am on the ledgeWanting to jump to end this timeFeeling as if I can no longer rhyme
So Say'th I
Listen to the sound of the Sun, so say'th I,I, the one who swallowed your shadow and filled your soul.I, who brightened your day and reflected your night!I the Sun, holder of your life, giver of fruit, and squelcher of dreams.I drive away your nightmares and inflict pain as you behold my brilliance.I the Sun who fails to waver and quaver at your presence.I the Sun, so say'th I, shall persevere.
What I Want
He who can challenge my truthsThe one who will test my mindThat is what I wantThe one who will raise my passionAnd just wish to make me smileThat is what I wantThe guy who will make me burnWhile making my heart singThat is what I wantThe man that will share his laughter
