Tips on improving your email
correspondence
• RE-READ emails at least two or three
times before sending
• Take the same care in drafting an email
as you would with any written
correspondence that you send by mail
or courier – even if it is a short reply. For
example: one keystroke can make the
difference in meaning. (Will not/will note;
will/will not.)
• Don’t text talk
