Drill Team won the 2002 North Central
Region Drill Team Competition. No other

North Star and St. Cloud Squadrons held a Squadron Leadership School on March 16th and
17th. This training is designed to prepare Senior Members for positions of leadership in the unit.
It is required for completion of Level 2. Members who completed the course are listed below.

This year we have had an increase in our training
budget. This will give our Emergency Services folks an
opportunity to rejuvenate our training. We have already
seen some funded training that has not been done in years.

The new Wing Patch is available from the CAP Book-


store. The old or the new patch is authorized until De-
cember 31st 2002. As of January 1, 2003, only the new
patch is authorized to wear on our uniforms. The Book-
store will be with us at Wing Conference once again, a
great opportunity to pick up the patches you need as well
as any other uniform parts. Take a moment before you
put on your uniform and really look at it. Is it the way it
should be? We should have tremendous respect for the
uniform we wear. We need to care.
