Now I'm not going to lie. Other than “Stone Cold” Steve Aus tin, the NWO Wolfpac, and Goldberg, there was no
other wres tler I enjoyed watching more than Diamond Dallas Page in the glory days of profes s ional wres tling.
It's actually kind of s ad how a lot of younger fans may not even know what WCW was . WWE's Jim “J.R.” Ros s
once s aid in the documentary The Monday Night War that WCW made no s tars except Goldberg. I'd res pectfully
dis agree.

They made DDP a s tar by putting him on televis ion. However, DDP is the reas on DDP became a superstar.
Through hard work, dedication, and an undeniable connection with the fans , the Jers ey S hore native Diamond
Cuttered his way into three WCW World Heavyweight Title reigns and creating a s pecial place res erved for only
him in wres tling fans ' hearts . Serious ly, all I ever heard was good things about Dallas , whether it'd be as a
wres tler or pers on. He didn't grow up too far from me, s o when I had the opportunity to interview a man I grew Home
