Gratitude is the hardest of emotion to express and often does not find adequate waysto convey the entire one feels.Summer training is the one of the important part of MBA course, which has helped meto learn a lot of experiences which will be beneficial in my succeeding career. For this with an ineffable sense of gratitude I take this opportunity to express my deepsense of indebtedness to Respected Dr. Rajeshwari Pathak, Director of Prestige Instituteof Management & Research who has provided me an opportunity to learn the corporateculture during my MBA course. At the same time I want to thanks all my facultymembers.I am also very much thankful to Mr. R. K. Gupta, Personnel Manager, J.B. MangharamFoods Pvt. Ltd. for his interest, constructive criticism, persistent encouragement anduntiring guidance throughout the development of the project. It has been my greatprivilege to work under his inspiring guidance.Further I would also like to extend my sincere Thanks to Mr. Suresh Sharma for hisvaluable guidance, suggestions and outstanding mentorship.I am also thankful to Ms.Priyanka for extending support & guidance. I would have never been able to completeour project in time without the enormous help extended by the whole staff of J.B.Mangharam Foods Pvt. Ltd.
