I would like to ask why it is that someone who commits pre-matitated murder gets less time then my friend that robbed a few stores at a very young age. He (my friend) who was 18years old when sent to prison is now 32years old and still has anywhere from 2-8more years to go.And in 1994 a man murdered my uncle and is walking the streets of Kalamazoo ,Michigan 9 years later. I just want would like to know why that is and I would also ask how we go about trying to get his sentence over turned. or get a reduced sentence.Thank you. Lenora Underwood
