Each additional procedure is as follows:

x-rays PA=$5.00
x-rays Bitewings=$10.00
Cleaning=$35.00
Extraction=$53.00
Filling 1 surface=$52.00
Filling 2 surfaces=$64.00
Filling 3 surfaces=$77.00
Filling 4 surfaces=$95.00
