The financial accumulation from the sales of this poetry fragments catalogue will be deposited in the prize fund.

From that fund, minus publication expenses, three financial and publication awards will be made. The first, to the best new revisions or assemblages, as re-created in any form of source recognizable phraseology directly from the material herein: a required minimum of seven reconstructed poems, new, or possibly a single narrative; no boundaries or length, excepting those of decency.

The second award will be made to the best single poem created solely from the material within, lines no more than lightly modified. With this patched phoenix, a new volume of the two new author/editors will be published.
