IV. Please enter the number of hours spent in the following process areas:
a. Initiating process: Please fill out the relevant information and when
you are done, click "Next.”
b. Planning process: Please fill out the relevant information and when
you are done, click "Next.”
e. Closing: Please fill out the relevant information and when you are
done, click "Next.”
v. Summarize the project management tasks that you managed for the
project. Limit your description to 500 characters or less.
Optional Information: This page contains optional questions that you may
choose not to answer. If you want to skip this section, please click “Next”.
Agreement: Please review the agreement and check "I Agree“, as shown
below. When you are done, click "Next.”
Review and Submit: Here, you will submit your application to PMI for
review and approval.
