So I have undergone a short-term training by the company andabout the recruitment process and the various products of the company. Recruitment refersto the various segment of the society. So I went to the market and searched people fromdifferent profile to recruit them as Life Advisor in SBI Life Life Insurance Co. As per thecompany philosophy and values a Life Advisor must posses the following three vitalthings- Time, Attitude and Confidence. Now what is more important to now be who is a financial advisor, how important is he to acompany, what recruitment is and what are the sources of recruiting financial advisor.The life, pension and investment industry has undergone dramatic changes over the pastdecade. Longer life expectancy and the desire to retire before state pension age haveincreased public awareness of financial services markets. These changes have created amarketplace where customers are more discerning and regulatory requirements morestringent.The emphasis is switching away from 'selling' towards providing quality advice. This is partly due to an increased percentage of individuals sitting industry-recognizedexams such as the Certificate in Financial Planning (formerly the FPC).
