ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

1. In this Contract words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to
them in the Conditions of Contract hereinafter referred to.
2. The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this contract,

(c) Letter of Acceptance of Tender
(d) Conditions of Contract and the Appendix annexed thereto,
(e) Special Provisions to Conditions of Contract for:

 3. In consideration of the payments to be made by the Government to the Contractor as hereinafter
mentioned, the contractor hereby covenants with the Government to construct and complete the Works
and make good any defects whatsoever to the works in conformity in all respects with the provisions of
this Contract.
4. The Government hereby covenants to pay the Contractor in considerations of the construction and
completion of the Works and making good any defects whatsoever to the Works the sum of Malaysian
