Dear Candidate,It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the Central counselling process of AIEEE-2009. The two pageCCB information Leaflet given to you during the AIEEE-2009 examination provides summary of the admissionprocess to be followed this year. This detailed Information Brochure elaborates the various steps of the Admission process. This information brochure is available on the websitewww.ccb.nic.in. The admissionprocess to be followed this year is completely different from the previous process. Similarly, there are somechanges in the lists of the admission centers, participating institutions and their seat matrix. For latest updates inthis regard, you are advised to visit our website:www.ccb.nic.in.With a view to make the admission process more convenient to the candidates, the admission process has beenmade ONLINE. Similarly, several innovative features have been introduced this year to make the systemtransparent. Some of the important features of the counseling process are given below:
All the candidates who are permitted for choice filling and locking on the basis of AIEEE-2009 resultshave to “Register and Exercise their choices for branches along with institution”.2.
This “Registration and choice filling” is made “ONLINE”. The candidates can exercise their choicesonline using internet from places of their convenience.3.
Every candidate has to verify his / her personal data during Registration.4.

All the candidates have to lock their choices on or before June 28, 2009 by 11.55 PM.6.
All the seats will be allotted during the first round of seat allotment on 30
The candidates who got seat allotment have to report at any one of the Admission Centers (AC) for taking provisional admission during 1
The candidate’s data will be verified with the Original certificates before giving provisional admission.9.
Initial fee of Rs. 25,000/- will be collected in the form of two demand drafts (one for Rs. 24,000/- and theother for Rs. 1,000/-) drawn in favour of
payable at Warangal from anyNationalized Bank. This initial fee will be adjusted against the fee to be paid at the allotted institute.10.
If some of the candidates do not take admission against their allotted seats, their seats fall vacant. Allotment will be made to such vacant seats in the subsequent rounds of second, third and fourth.11.
Candidates who took provisional admission against an allotted seat have an option to give their willingness to consider their higher preferred choices against vacant seats in the subsequent rounds.12.
Only those registered candidates who have given willingness for higher preferred choices and thoseregistered candidates who are not allotted seats in the previous rounds will be considered for allotmentagainst vacant seats in the subsequent rounds.13.
The fourth round of allotment is open round in which all the state wise vacant seats will be converted to All India seats.14.
All the candidates who took provisional admission have to report to their allotted institutions from July,16
Candidates can cancel their provisional admission at any stage of the admission process and claimrefund according to refund rules.I earnestly hope that you would be able to exercise your choices judiciously taking full advantage of the flexibilitybuilt into the system.
