 Abstract:
The experiment with the title power of an inductive circuit was performed.By using the formula P= VIcos
These values of power were obtained=88.8, 258, 295.74, 321.86,337.21.The experiment was performed successfully and result was up to standard.

Background:
The product VI is called the Apparent Power and is measured in volt-amperes. VIcos is the True Power measured in watts. The ratio (True Power)/ (ApparentPower) is called Power Factor of the circuit. If the current and voltage waves aresinusoidal, thenPower Factor = VI cos / VI = cos Power = VI cos 
