The purpose o the National Council o State Boards o Nursing (NCSBN) is to provide an organization through which boards o nurs-ing act and counsel together on matters o common interest and concern aecting the public health, saety and welare, including thedevelopment o licensing examinations in nursing.The major unctions o NCSBN include developing the NCLEX-RN
