PSMF was designed in the late 1970s as a diet for a rapid weight loss for themorbidly obese. 1 tsp cinnamon2 onions thinly sliced2 peppers thinly slicedFry liteMix the lime juice and zest, sweetener, oregano, cayenne pepper and cinnamontogether.Mix in the chicken strips and marinade for at least 30 minutes (the longer thebetter).Fry the chicken using fry lite until tender.Add the onion and peppers and fry for about 5 more minutes.For the tortillas make dukan diet australia oat bran pancakes.
