TDC PLAN
Mission: To serve the Drone Service Industry.
Objective: To provide world class service to businesses needing drone service.
Process: Teaching, coaching and mentoring individuals as TDC Pilots
Strategy: Promote, market and generate leads for our TDC Pilots.
LICENSEE COMPENSATION
TDC Certified Pilot will set their own fees for services provided to clients.
LICENSE
TDC grants to the Licensee a nontransferable, nonexclusive right to use TDCs official Certified
Pilot designation and such other trademarks or service marks approved by TDC (collectively, the
Marks), for use by the Licensee solely in connection with the Licensee activities in their
agreed area. The Marks will remain the exclusive property of TDC, subject only to rights
granted to the Licensee under this Agreement and the Licensee agrees that it will not challenge
the rights of TDC to the Marks. Nothing in this license will prevent TDC from using the Marks
in the Market in connection with TDCs activities. Upon reasonable request, TDC may inspect
the Licensees activities in which the Marks are used for conformance to TDCs graphic standards
of quality for use of the Marks. Licensee will use the Marks in the manner designated by TDC
unless otherwise approved in writing by TDC. TDC reserves the right to change the format of
the Marks provided that the Licensee will not be required to make such changes on any material
already manufactured or printed in accordance with TDCs prior requirements or approval. If
the Licensee activities in which the Marks are used fail to meet TDCs requirements or the
Licensee uses the Marks improperly, TDC may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee fails to
cure the deficiencies within ten (10) days of receipt of written notice from TDC.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.
TDC will not be liable to the TDC Certified Pilot for any expenses incurred by the TDC
Certified Pilot, or for any of their acts or omissions. Licensee, is an independent contractor and
TDC will not provide and is not responsible for the Licensee (or any of its agents, employees, or
subcontractors) expenses, taxes, workers compensation, unemployment, health, accident,
liability or disability insurance or any other types of benefits.
GENERAL TERMS.
This Agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreement and understanding between the
parties hereto with respect to the subject matter, all discussions, promises, representations, and
understandings relative thereto, if any, being herein merged. The provisions of this Agreement
will be deemed severable and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision will not affect
the validity or enforceability of the other provisions hereof. This Agreement will be deemed to
be a contract made under the laws of the State of Georgia, and for all purposes, it, plus any
related or supplemental documents and activities, will be construed in accordance with and
governed by the laws of such state. Licensee may not assign or transfer any of its rights or
obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of TDC. The terms of this
agreement may be changed at by TDC at anytime with 30 days notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be duly executed as of
the day and year that this contract was submitted through the TDC website by the TDC Certified
Pilot.

DEFINITIONS
Licensee: A person or organization that is paying for the rights to use TDC marks and is given
access to participate in the TDC online certified pilot training program.
