primary
purposeofthisSecondAmendmentistoencompassthedefinitionof

Asusedhereinthefollowingwordsshall

"Bingogames"snaltmean
any
game
of
chanceknown
asbinqo,
includinganybingo
game
permittedbyfederal
law,
(whetherornotelectronic!computer,or'othertechnologicaidsareusedInconnectiontherewith)whichisplayedforprizes;includingmonetaryprizes,withcardsbearingnumbersorotherdesiqnatlons,andwhich
the
holderofthecardcoverssuchnumbersordesignationswhen
objects,
simllar!ynumbered

thefirst
