The 2010 Sienna Stallions Youth Football Organization is now entering our sixth year
of football after an extremely successful 2009 season in the Fort Bend Youth Football
League. In 2009, 2 of our 5 teams reached a bowl game and our Freshman team
won the prestigious Super Bowl.

While winning Championships is a wonderful objective, our true goal is to provide the
children in Sienna Plantation and surrounding area an opportunity to participate in
organized football and cheerleading programs. We know that these programs teach
children excellent skills such as discipline, dedication and team work that will help
them throughout their lives.

However, we also need your help!

To assist in funding this award winning organization, we are again asking area
businesses and individuals for sponsorship contributions. The “Sienna Stallions Youth
Football, Inc.” is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with tax-exempt status by the
Internal Revenue Services. All contributions and gifts made to the Sienna Stallions
Youth Football, Inc. are 100% tax deductible.

We have once again provided various options and levels of contribution for your
consideration, and with your assistance we can continue to provide these children
with an experience they will cherish for a lifetime! A donor form outlining the
information we require is in a separate attachment. Please complete and submit at
your earliest opportunity so that we may meet the deadlines for our season opening
game.

• An individual large sponsor’s Banner prominently displaying your colorized
corporate image/logo will be hung for each home game as parents and
spectators enter the playing field area.

• Your corporate image/logo will be displayed on one of the shoulder areas of

any team level t-shirts - (ex) Homecoming or Bowl game shirts.

• Your company will be acknowledged for your contribution in a special

• Prior to each home game a special acknowledgement of our sponsors will be

announced over our PA system.

• A special plaque that you can proudly display in your office, expressing our
