Minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the School Organizational Team (SOT)
September 26, 2017

The meeting was called to order by SOT team member Jill Stackel at 7:02 PM.

Approval of the Agenda

The agenda for the meeting was distributed and unanimously approved.

Review of Previous Meetings

The SOT Committee reviewed and unanimously approved the notes from the last meeting. Ana Pisano motioned for the
minutes to be approved; Jill Stackel seconded the motion. Minutes approved.

Issues That Were Discussed This Meeting

Budget: Mrs. Imboden provided the final copy of the strategic budget for the 2017-2018 school year, discussed concerns
regarding actual amounts verses what was listed in the strategic budget. Mrs. Imboden talked about the budget being a
cloud type and not what is living day-to-day in the actual budget. The team needed to move forward with the previous
suggestions/outlines/budget proposals which were all combined into the final draft.

Ana Pisano made a motion to submit the budget with the amounts the district provided our school as outlined in the
budget, Todd Nash seconded and the budget was approved for submission.

Elections: Mrs. Imboden reported that no parents submitted their names for the ballot, the ballots will be ready to go for
the upcoming PTA meeting in October, and it appeared that all the members would remain on the team for the upcoming
year.

New Business

*No community members were in attendance. No new business brought forth.

Agenda and Time of Next Meeting

The next meeting date will be November 14, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. A PTA meeting is scheduled prior at 6:00 P.M.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM by SOT Team.
