himself, picking the most powerful specimens. Sobek is his second in command; you willnot find anyone more savage in this land. He is calculating, cold and merciless, settingall other things aside including his own life in order to complete Anubis’ tasks. If weencounter Sobek, or any other of The Dark Gods, I do not believe that we will succeed.’ The words rang in Roxy’s head as the tall, dark haired Dragonam loomed over her.McKellion stood between her and the beast, his boxing gloves raised, prepared for abrawl he couldn’t possibly win. If only she had her Penguin army with her right now. They had been so insistent about having time off to relax a bit, she had been silly to takeon an adventure like this without them.‘What do you want?’ Roxy asked, trying to look as though she was not afraid of the beast.‘What do I want?’ The Dragonam mulled. ‘Many things, my pretty. But for now … twoprisoners for the mighty Lord Anubis will do just fine!’ ***I’ll be back in a wee while,’ Roxy said as she exited The Mercury Rooms through a portal.‘WAIT! WAIT!’ McKellion shouted, diving through the closing doorway after her. ‘I’ll come with you.’ ‘Don’t be daft,’ Roxy said, waving a hand. ‘You stay here, watch some videos … rapesomething if you have to.’ ‘I’d rather come with you, it sounds interesting,’ McKellion shrugged.‘It’s just a photo shoot,’ Roxy replied, non-pulsed.‘Ah, yes, but you said that it was a lingerie photoshoot,’ McKellion giggled, rubbing hisboxing-glove clad hands together gleefully.‘Oi, we’ll have none of that mister,’ Roxy tutted as she began to walk out of the café into which they had materialized. ‘Besides, they probably won’t let you in if they think you’re just there to perv,’ she laughed.‘Well then, you can just say that I’m here for your protection,’ McKellion offered.‘From what exactly?’ ‘Real World dangers,’ McKellion said, puffing himself up. ‘There’s thieves and burglarsand drug dealers and,’ ‘Rapists?’ Roxy added.‘Aye, and I should know,’ McKellion said patting his chest. ‘You never know what couldhappen to a vulnerable beauty wandering around the streets.‘Well first off,’ Roxy smiled as a red sports convertible pulled up beside her. ‘I’m not goingto be wandering around. And secondly … I’ve already got my protection,’ she said happilyas the door was opened for her to reveal that the car was packed full of members fromRoxy’s evil Penguin Army. A clan of deadly, conniving, roguish, flightless birds whopledged their allegiance to her so long ago. The penguin in the front seat got into theback, making plenty of room for Roxy to slip into the car. McKellion however had to fighthis way into the back seat, the penguins seemed non too pleased about him being thereand glared at him maliciously.‘I’m still the hardest one here!’ McKellion barked at a Penguin. ‘If anybody around here’sgoing to be protecting her, then it’s
!’ ***Roxy had asked, pleaded, McKellion not to fight the Dragonam. But he flew at thecreature anyway, his boxing-glove-laden fists pounding away at what may as well havebeen solid steel, such was the reaction of the Namian to the blows it was receiving.‘YO!’ McKellion screamed loudly as he belted Sobek about the head. ‘GONNA!’ Heshouted, punching him in the abdomen. ‘GET!’ A blow to the chest. ‘RAPED!’ He finishedoff with a swift kick to Sobek’s groin. There was no response to any of the assaults; thecreature merely seemed bewildered that McKellion was actually trying to fight him.Sobek looked up at Roxy with a questioning glare.‘McKellion! Stop it! You can’t beat him!’ Roxy shouted.
