Saturday – The Rock Trails: 11000 W Newberry Rd, Gainesville, FL 32606
*Trail entrance will be on the left (South) off Newberry Rd

Sunday – San Felasco Trails, Alachua FL: 13201 Progress Blvd, Alachua, FL
32615
*$4 per car park entrance fee. Follow signs to back parking area.

Entry Fees = $13 per event

Registration: Preregister via the conference website

Hotels: There are lots of hotels right off the newberry rd exit on 75. These will be
about 5 minutes from the Saturday races, and 20 minutes from the Sunday races.
Let me know (in advance) if you are interested in host housing and I’ll see what I can
dig up.

Prizes: points. Glorious, glorious, points.

EVENTS
Saturday – All events at the Rock trails
Time Trial 9:00 am
All riders will do one ~ 4.5 mile lap. Course is a mix of open sections and tight, rooty
single track.
Start order will be A, B, Women A, C, Women B
First rider off at 9:00am & then @ 1 min intervals

2X/duel/Slalom/whatever you want to call it


Course open for practice all day
Qualifying @ 2:30 with elimination rounds immediately following
2 riders at a time, single run elimination format. Winner advances, loser is out, w/
faster qualifier getting lane choice.
Course is 2 lanes up top, merging into a single course at the bottom. And is super
rad.

*No running water on site for Saturday events. We’ll have a couple coolers, but plan
accordingly.
Sunday – XC at San Felasco State Park

• Sunday races are at a different venue than Saturday. Directions above. There
is a $4 per vehicle charge at the gate. Be sure to display the parking pass in
your car/van, unless you want the wrath of Walker, Park Ranger. Follow
signs/volunteer directions to parking area. Water available at the pavilion at
the park entrance but not at the start/finish area.
• ~8+ mile rolling course with a mix of open field and tight, twisty, rooty single-
track.
