Subject: Condemnation Talking Points

I am attaching the latest talking points re: condemnation with updated numbers. I also have a new
bullet re: the filing process that I need Counsel to review for accuracy. These points were
reviewed/cleared by DHS back Dec. 5 and are consistent with the S1 TPs used on Dec. 7 so they
should be good to go; I just wanted one last review by the IPT folks.
