There is movement within the Staff Ranks. Paddy, our favourite Irish Waiterhas headed home for Ireland for a family reunion. We wish him all the bestbut will miss him terribly. It feels like I should have been a jour-nalist rather than a Restaurateur ! Time has run out for me onceagain and September is already here.
