Restoring a Free and Independent united States Government

This election many candidates have spoken on conservative values and restoring honor,However what we have not heard from many of the candidates are exactly what ways theywould seek to restoring America back to a Free and Independent united States Government that is controlled by the Governed.Recently, there was a speech by Mr. Obama speaking on turning a new page after he hasclaimed to end the war in Iraq. However, what was not mentioned by him or others inWashington is why we are turning a new page and not turning back to the original pagethat needs to be protected; A page out of American history having the paragraph whichreads:"
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to beFree and Independent States...
" note the spelling difference in united States.
For over 140 years, several laws that have been enacted that have not beenrepealed. Nor has the real problems been addressed or corrected by those of bothpolitical parties who are to be Representing the People. as required, in order torestore our government.
One of the most popular laws today is recent Health Care law which needs to be repealed.However , there are other laws that are more critical in reviving our ConstitutionalRepublic back to the status the founders organically intended.Another of these laws is the Federal Reserve Act. And, revisiting an updated version of HB158- introduced on the House Floor by Louis T. McFadden in 1933. Others include thePatriot Act, and The Military Commissions Act but we must repeal some laws and executiveorders that dated as far as 1860. The Laws that transferred power to a dictatorialPresidency dating back to 1860, after Congress did not have enough members to form aquorum. One most importantly needing to be repealed; The Act of 1871 "

Arbitrarily, the first place this revision must begin is in the House of Representatives.Although it is a process that will require both the Senate and House to work in a unifiedeffort, to restore America back to a Constitutional Republic, with limited in powers and athree tier federal system that is equally balanced in the same way the Signers of theDeclaration of Independence and authors of the US Constitution originally intended.
Capitalization of words is important in legal documents
.The Preamble of the United States Constitution reads:
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, doordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America
In the Declaration of Independence; “
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all menare created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienablerights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Than to securethese rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers fromthe consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomesdestructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and toinstitute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness
.” What the founders gave to the States of the Colonies ended Feb. 21, 1871
during the Forty First Congress,

 At the end of the War Between the States, the country was in a crisis, Bankruptcy. EuropeanSpecial Interest groups (Foreign Bankers) bargained a deal with Congress and theinternational bankers. What this Act done was formed the country into a Corporation;

The Capital letters reflect Business Law or what is known as aBanking Name. which replaced the organic version of our Constitution with a corporate by law This Act defaced our Constitution with the All blocked Letters and replaced the word for with of in the title the original version was written in this form
The Constitution for the united States of America. The altered version, today’s version reads

The Corporate Act in the economiccapacity, Capitalization of these words has impacted each of the generations of People since.Each economic crisis that has taken place, since that time, Congress treasonously forfeited some of its powers to the Executive Branch. How does this impact every American?  A leader once said, (possibly Napoleon?) History is written by the winners. And after the end of the War Between the States the winner was International bankers, who profited off of the People attempting to protect their Rights and their States Rights by  secession from the Union.
Without a doubt each generation since the Act of 1871 was passed the legalese has changedthe interpretation for not only the Constitution, Each Individual and their Rights were alsochanged. This took place through a series of events in Congress and switched the power of the Government that was created by the consent of the Governed, Sovereign People andbecame enslaved corporately under the Demands of the Rulers. With little means of reversing the actions without removing each and every elected dictator of the createdoligarchy who is now elected.First to be understood is the meaning of Sovereign. According to the Webster Dictionary;
1 Chief or Highest; supreme. 2 Supreme in power, superior in position to all others 3Independent of, and unlimited , by, any other, possessing, or entitled to, original andindependent authority or jurisdiction.The united States was created by and for the Sovereigns, the People, who the foundersdeemed the next highest authority, only under God, a People under God, Sovereigns.Evidence of this is in the spelling of many words the founders penned in the Declaration of Independence.

withthe consent of the People in each State, who are the Sovereigns.However, it also explained abolishing the forms of a government should not be done on aslight whim, only when the problems continue for a long period of time. Mankind typicallywould suffer for a season, in hope of correcting the problems that persisted.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not bechanged for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewnthat mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
