You talked about governments being greedy with air as if it might not happen, well what about water, buying water!! Isnt that supposed to be free too. What if the money made on water sales was used to set up fresh water supplies for countries in need.... I subscribe to the notion of some people have much too much money... and even a 1000th of their worth would be enough to cater for a city of people. Wot a joke.

I say grow more corn and stop buying oil and killing the earth! We could grow more crops for fuel and use the sun , wind, and maybe other forms of clean Energy! We could use Poo and fertilize it!

its mind blowing how much control greedy humans have over the rest of the humans in the world. The the Rothchild's have enough money to feed all of the starving people.

"Another Blogger" is one smart cookie! Conspiracy, greed, politics...by whatever name it goes by...it is hurting humanity greatly.

Hey Samvit! I was reading in the paper that they can't really say how much of an oil shortage there is because the "stats" are unreliable. On the other hand, I have an expert Geologist tell me that we will never run out of oil in several generations, even at our present pace of consumption. Knowing full well how greedy and uncaring the Earth's leaders really are...I'm betting what the Geologist said is closer to the truth. Bottom line is that all of the Earth's resources belong to all of us...not just one nation. But mankind in general has made up these imaginary lines on our planet and laid claim to all parts of the world with exclusive ownership rights. "I own this piece of the world and you can't have anything from it unless I say so". This goes for food, water, medicine and everything else. I bet if the Governments could find a way to be greedy with air, people out there would suffocate for the lack thereof, and the people with plenty of air still would not share. It's crazy, but I guess we will have to just wait it out and see. As for the corrupt, immoral behavior of our leaders, well the opinion expressed by my Geologist friend is critical, but true. Some of our leaders are more concerned with their sexual promiscuity than doing what is right. One of my Friend's suggested that our political leaders "have needs, too". (even weird and perverted stuff- whatever). I can only speak for myself and know that with our Troops, and the forces of our Allies, fighting for so called "world interests," coming home in body bags, or maimed, limbless, blind, mentally suffering...THE LAST THING ON MY MIND WOULD BE CHEATING ON MY SPOUSE WITH THE ASSISTANT! It's unconscionable behavior in a time of war. They need to get their priorities straight, unfortunately "we" are powerless to make them do so! Which reminds me, it's July the first 2008. Has anyone seen our President lately? Do we still have a governing body? What are they up to these days? Laying low on the Ranch until the next set of puppets take office? What's up with that?
