Una serie de exposiciones
y retrospectivasconcebidas en torno al papel de la mujer en la historia de la fotografía nos haservido para hacer nuestro propio recorrido por esta disciplina artística y documental a través de un enfoque femenino, preguntándonos por qué motivos(sociológicos, artísticos, económicos…) la presencia de obras firmadas pormujeres no es proporcional al gran número de artistas que han dedicado su vidaa la fotografía. Es un fenómeno, cuando menos, curioso, y la curiosidadestimula la creatividad (es tal vez el principal motor). Esa misma curiosidad nosha guiado por trayectorias fascinantes y ahora compartimos con usted eserecorrido artístico que también sirve para reflejar la intrahistoria de los últimosdos siglos.Ese viaje por la historia se convierte en un viaje en el espacio físico en nuestraparticular propuesta de ocio para el verano y el otoño de 2010: un periplo porlos escenarios europeos al aire libre, de festival en festival de música clásica. En estos meses, Europa seconvierte en un gigantesco escenario, el arte inunda las calles… y nosotros hemos diseñado una rutaineludible para los amantes del ocio inteligente. .Nuestro viaje culmina en una de las ciudades europeas más apasionantes, Budapest. Hasta allí nos vamospara descubrir cómo, al igual que en otros tantos lugares, la historia y el arte perfila los contornos urbanos y crea espacios únicos e irrepetibles.Bienvenido.
A series of exhibitions
and shows with hindsight, conceived and centred around the role of womenin photographic history, have served to make our own journey through this art-cum-documentary form of expression from a feminine approach, asking ourselves for what reasons (sociological, artistic, economic...)the presence of work signed by women is not in proportion to the large number of artists who have devotedtheir lives to photography. It is, to say the least, a curious phenomenon and curiosity stimulates creativity (itis, perhaps, the driving force). This same curiosity has guided us through fascinating routes and we now share with you this artistic journey which also serves to reflect upon an internal history of the last two centuries.That voyage through history has turned into a trip through physical space in our particular leisure proposalfor the summer and autumn of 2010: a peregrination through the European, open-air scenarios, from festivalto festival of classical music. Over these months, Europe becomes a gigantic scenario, art floods the streets...and we have designed a route not to be missed for the lovers of intelligent leisure. As, intelligent indeed is thelatest novel by Javier Reverte, an acclaimed writer specialized in travel narrative, who presents his latest book,
