PROGRAMME FOR NEW ENTRANTS
Every new entrant is supposed to induction/orientation training from two to four days. It includes detailed plant visit and CD on manufacturing processes.
PROGRAMME FOR OLD EMPLOYEES
Apart from functional programs, old employees are exposed to program like:
