Counselling
Counselling is an opportunity to help sort out a
problem or difficulty being experienced by talking
about it freely and openly in an atmosphere, which
is both supportive and caring in a way that is rarely
possible with family and friends.
Sensitivity training
Sensitivity training is about making people
understand about themselves and others reasonably,
which is done by developing in them social
sensitivity and behavioural flexibility.
Process consultation
 It is an OD technique in which a facilitator works
closely with a manager on the job to help the
manager improve interactions with other group
members
Team Building
 It is an OD technique in which the facilitator first
observes the interactions of group members and
then helps them to become aware of ways to
improve their work interactions
Intergroup Training
 An OD technique that uses team building to
improve the work interactions of different
functions or divisions
