members and promoted the Fest in entire Indore by contacting directors of the
management colleges and giving presentations in colleges and getting students
registered for the various management contests.

2. REAL TIME PROJECT FOR PEPSI SMV BEVERAGES, INDORE,2009. where I


acted as a Team Leader and managed the team of 15 members by exploring the
Demand, Supply, Network and Reach constraints for Pepsi SMV
Beverages,Indore. We have surveyed 2600 shops in Indore in 20 days and
indentified the areas of improvement for Pepsi in Indore city, which is
considered by the firm in its further functioning.

3.AN INDEPENDENT PROJECT FOR PROVIDING ACCOMODATION TO NON-


LOCAL STUDENTS OF INDORE,2010.
Developed a website i.e. www.growingnest.com for providing information to the students regarding
accommodation in households, paying guest, hostels etc. Extensive research include surveying
households and collecting database of approximately 900 households for 5500 students on an
average. Efforts were laid to facilitate the students area wise and abolish the system of brokerage.
