Watertown High School FAPA Camera Contract

Dear Students, Parents & Guardians,

Students taking Photography that are checking out equipment from FAPA are
required to sign our camera contract indicating responsibility for the timely and safe
return of, or financial reimbursement of borrowed equipment.

The following equipment will be available:

Pentax K1000 SLR Camera

Body of Camera - $75.00
Lens for Camera - $75.00

Pentax ZX-M SLR Manual Camera

Body of Camera - $75.00
Lens for Camera - $75.00

Digital Camera
Camera - $100.00
Camera Bag - $10.00
Memory Card - $10.00

___________________________ will care for cameras and all photographic equipment

loaned by Watertown High School. I will be responsible to replace equipment and
cameras that are lost, stolen, or broken while on loan to me at my expense. I will return
loaned equipment in a timely as requested by the instructor.
