5) During your employment with the Company you will be liable to be transferred or deputed to any of

the offices/departments of the Company/Associates/Subsidiary Group Companies anywhere in India on

the same or similar terms and conditions of the employment.

6) During the period of service in our Organization in the event your resignation or termination of
services either side will have to give 2 months notice.Prorated basic salary will be recovered for the
shortfall in the notice.
