FABLAN u MOTION TO SEAL The Centre for Management and Technology, Inc., (*CMAT") by and through its undersigned counsel, respectfully moves this Court to file under seal the monthly reports required pursuant to Section 5(a) of the Protective Order entered by the Court on August 9, 2007 (‘the Protective Order”). 1 CMAT, as the employer of Defendant Mr. Alan B. Fabian, Mr. Fabian and the U.S. Atlomey for Maryland have agreed that information contained in CMAT’s report is confidential and may be designated and treated as such by the parties. 2, Inan effort to comply with the Protective Order, CMAT respectfully requests that its monthly reports be filed under seal. 3. All have agreed that public access to information designated under the Protective Order will harm or prejudice their respective interests.
