Description

Counsel for the Town of Franconia says the town never gave him a copy of the Ethics Complaint against Corporal Bruce McKay until after I obtained a copy of it from Grafton County Prosecutor Ricardo St. Hilaire.

He could have -- and should have -- admitted this weeks ago and I would not have had to file and now withdraw an Ethics Complaint against him for 3.3 lack of Candor toward the Tribunal.

Anyway, I got what I wanted, which is more proof that the town of Franconia -- and its Chief of Police and named Defendant Mark Montminy -- is as deceitful as ever.
