Acquires Symons Valley Ranch
This significant achievement is Stoneset’s third major acquisition aimed at
increasing the corporations assets while providing a platform for future
projects.

Calgary, Alberta, - September 2 - Stoneset Equity Development Corp. has

acquired Symons Valley Ranch in Calgary. The property, formerly appraised at
$20.6M in February 2008, has been purchased for $11.072M. Symons Valley
Ranch has existing commercial business operations that provide on going cash
flow to Stoneset. This aquisition increases Stoneset’s real estate portfolio, while
also providing a look into the future for any interested investor. Stoneset
continues to develop its real estate assets with strict criteria focusing on quality
and value that govern the actions of many of the world’s top real estate
companies.

In the future the property will become a mixed use development consisting of a
commercial center, new homes and retail shopping for Calgarians. Prior to the
development being completed and real estate agents being involved, Stoneset
will finalize the associated investment opportunities.
