Survey Work Begins on Vista Del Lago

Calgary, Alberta, - September 7th - Stoneset Equity Development Corp. (CNSX:SQC) is

pleased to announce that survey work is now underway at Vista Del Lago. The survey
work is being completed prior to municipal infrastructure, site servicing and overall site
grades. According to Doug Haines, Stoneset’s Senior Project Manager: “Along with the
already approved development permits, the survey work and associated infrastructure,
will add more value to the project and in turn more value to Stoneset and its investors.”

Once complete Vista Del Lago will complete the city of Invermere serving as the
ultimate anchor to 13th Street; stimulating pedestrian foot traffic to businesses and
services along the downtown corridor.
