Who Am I?
Who am I not? Perhaps that is a much easier question to answer. You may have readabout me on one of my numerous websites,
,newsletter or one of the severalreports that I have published. From that, you may already know that I have my feetdipped in several ponds. All the ponds come together and define who I am.I don’t think I have ever written a comprehensive “About Me” section. If I did, it wouldbe worthy of a report itself (of course only in my humble opinion). You don’t want me tobore you now do you? I will tell you “about me” in a nutshell, with a handful of detailsmost relevant to this report. If you want to read a more detailed version,
.My name is Sunil. I have a very successful, six figured salary career in a Fortune 100company, where I have several folks that report to me. I have a Masters degree in myfield and an educational background from a top ten university. I also hold severalcertifications and licenses in my professional field.Despite all that, I have just been naturally inclined toward business, mostly in creatingsomething from nothing. As someone relatively young (under 30 as I write this), I havestarted, grown and sold web based businesses, have bought and sold a brick andmortar small business for a nice profit, have started and maintained a healthy portfolioof websites (all of which bring in passive income month after month) and have profitedvery nicely from my investments in both the stock market and real estate.Yes, in the event you are wondering, I am married to a wonderful woman and we live off my salary. We either bank or “play” with the profits from my “side gigging” activities.Let’s just say that there is no way an average 20 something person working in corporateAmerica can invest the way I do in real estate and the stock market.I have always been (and still am) a strong believer that everyone should havesomething going on in the side, in addition to their corporate careers. The reasons canbe numerous (financial security, flexible lifestyle, quitting the cube farming life, a bit of extra income, or just plain thrill to name a few), but the bottom line is, do as you may for a living, but always have your feet wet in a side gig.
