This book, "Embracing the Rainbow,Volume Two of the Handbook For TheNew Paradigm" contains the next series of messages guiding its readers to a greaterunderstanding and acceptance of theconcepts contained within them for thepurpose of creating a new life experiencefor the "humans becoming" on the planetEarth.Each message broadens the conceptualunderstandings of the necessity to releasethe limitations that have been thrust uponhumanity preventing them fromunderstanding who and what they trulyare.It contains surprising truths of some of theshocking deceptions intentionally taughtthat limit and separate mankind from theiropportunities for spiritual evolvement. Itdefines how it is possible to take back theheritage of self-determination, freelycreate ones own destiny and heal theplanet and humanity as a whole livingentity through the suggested dynamicprocess.IntroductionThe question of "who?" is the focusingenergy of the "messages" is a difficultquestion to answer tactfully and yetcompletely. "Is-ness" is the focus to besought by each individual awareness. Aseach expands within the process of self-identification so does the ability to allowthe flow of "Is-ness" to move through theirexperience. Each will attract into theirawareness knowledge to live into wisdom.The vibratory rate of the planetaryenvironment and of the members of humanity on earth is low enough that thisability is currently virtually inaccessible.To assist willing members of mankind toaccess the necessary information toprovide a way to transcend this currentaberrant state, various volunteerawareness points within highervibrational frequencies have acted asbooster stations to focus this informationthrough those willing to participate on theearth plane. Knowing the custom of earth’s inhabitants requiring the"personify to identify" mode, names fromthe exotic to the ridiculous have beengiven as sources of this information. Theinformation included exercises indiscernment; most participants failed thediscernment tests. Much was filled withprofound truth, but much of it wasdrained of energy by the continual paradeof victims wanting their personalproblems solved for them. Theinformation became distorted as the fociwere withdrawn and the volunteerswinged it (faked it) on their own for theirsincerity was lost in the notoriety andgreed that resulted.In view of this history, it was the mutualagreement between the parties involvedin the dictation/translation/transcriptionprocess for these messages that theidentities of the foci involved wouldremain unidentified and there would beno monetary rewards whatsoeverinvolved. Further, there would be nopersonal information disseminated forany one individual’s benefit. The totalityof the foci involved is for the benefit of the planet and its inhabitants, period! Thetruth of the messages is to be discernedand used for the benefit of humanity firstand then gleaned by the individual toapply personally as part of the wholenessto which it is focused without thenecessity of personal names to identifytruth. If that is not understood, then themessages need to be read again totranscend this need into commitment to

the holographic intention of theinformation they contain.It is hoped that the succinctness of thismessage is accepted in the tone of importance in which it is intended. Thewindow of opportunity to accomplish thenecessary monumental consciousnesstransition is small compared to theobstacles within the human belief systemsthat must be literally dissolved so that thewhole may be transformed.It is sincerely hoped that the truthcontained will be a sword that cuts throughthe armor of deception and lays open thehearts and minds of the necessary quotientfor success.

II-1There has been a great deal of interest inthe independent activities of the peoplewho have received and read the copies of the message and the handbook. Asexpected, the reactions have been mixedbetween total acceptance and totalrejection. However, the overall impact hasbeen gratifying and effective. There areindeed lights of understanding beginningto be discernable on many parts of theplanet.The assimilation and application of theconcepts will accelerate the acceptance of the principles involved and through theirapplication the desire for greaterunderstanding will be increased. Thereforean opening will be created that will allowfor movement toward the goal of a newparadigm and it will begin to manifest.When the time is ripe for greaterexpansion of the concept of a newexperience for mankind, the informationleading to the next step will be ready fordistribution. Once the transition is madeaway from victim consciousness towardthe acknowledgement of personal powerthrough alignment with the originatingexpansive flow of creative energies, thethirst for greater understanding will bearoused. The misunderstanding of looking outward for answers is deeplyingrained and will require de-programming and education of how toapply this concept to daily living in orderto allow it to become a new foundationfor manifested reality.Without adequate changes at deep levelsof the psyche and application of theprevious explained universal laws, thenext levels of understanding will benothing more than another exercise inentertainment. Much of the valuableinformation disseminated through otherreceivers has become an addiction forfanaticizing with little or no applicationin practical living experience. The focushas been toward survival of the physicalbody so that the same ideals and life stylecould be maintained until individualscould ascend (arise out of) rather thantranscend (go beyond). The focus must bemore “wholistic” and include survival forservice aimed at lifting the yoke of darkness and descending vibratoryexperience from humanity and the planetrather than be focused on individualescape from the morass of a destructivesituation. In other words, there must beparticipation in a solution rather thanusing the information to abandon theship.Once the goal is identified in a statement,then what comes next? What are theguidelines for participation that willensure that transcendence through toexperience the new paradigm? This willbe the focus of the next level of information. Much material has beendisseminated indicating that rescue andreform will be provided by extraterrestrial

beings and all humanity has to do is tomeditate and wait around for magicalprocesses to change everything for them. Itwould be wise not to count on it. There is asaying. "God helps those that helpthemselves." That is a truth to put in adozen places to remind you to let go of the"I am a victim that needs to be rescued"consciousness. You will be helped butvictims will not be rescued. Victimconsciousness vibrates below thenecessary levels to enter higherdimensions.Giving up victim consciousness is apersonal decision. It is not an easy process.If you rescue, you become a victim of therescued. Sympathizing with those who arelocked into victim consciousness supportstheir victimhood and ties you to them.Discernment allows you to recognize thesituation and at that point you mustacknowledge that this is a situation that isof their own creation through their belief that others control their choices. This doesnot mean that you must ignore their plight,but does determine that you cannot do forthem what they are unwilling to do forthemselves. There is not a rule of thumbfor how to give wise assistance to them.Their plight is a result of the personaldecisions they have made and the attitudesthat have influenced those decisions.Remember, they are human beingsbecoming or not, by their own choice.Teach them the prayer and remind them of it in the midst of their miniseries andtactfully suggest other viewpoints to themas you become aware of them. With theapplication of the "becoming" prayer,opportunities will abound for them.The critical point for the next step in thetranscendence process follows theacceptance of the personal ability to movethrough victim consciousness by acceptingresponsibility for using the universal lawsto take charge of their manifestedexperience. This does not mean that eachmust become a millionaire to prove theyhave accomplished this. In truth most willfind that abundance is measured by theinner feelings of self-approval andconfidence that precludes the necessity of impressive material demonstrations forego aggrandizement. What you do withregard to self and others is moreimportant than what you have. When thisis accomplished all that is necessary isattracted without effort, for each is thenencompassed within the expansive flowof creation.To become is the goal of all. How this isto be accomplished is uniquelyexperienced through freewill choice. Helpis available. The asking must be for helpnot rescue or to piggyback on someoneelse’s accomplishment. Each must knowtheirs is a unique experience not to becompared to others. Each incarnation isfor their own particular soul purpose to becreated through their choices anddecisions. There are no mistakes otherthan to remain closed to seemingly newconcepts and continue to repeat thecurrent experience for lack of discernment of the connection to thatwhich has focused each intomanifestation. That connection vibrateswithin the awareness of every human andis ignored or responded to with each andevery choice and decision. It is our goalto trigger the awareness of thisconnection in every human possiblethrough direct connection or throughchanges in the mass conscious awarenesson a planetary level, using what you referto as the 100th monkey theory. First andforemost is transcendence of the victimconsciousness into personalresponsibility.This process will require that individualsseparate themselves from those refusingto change their perceptions and to align
