• Review and approve / comment on the Construction/Design/ Procurement schedules as
submitted by the contractors and ensure that it is in compliance with the overall project
schedule.
• Review and continuously monitor the contractor’s major construction progress against approved

schedules. Ensure equipment and manpower is adequate or in case of any shortage report to
Project Manager.
• Coordination between contractors to allow for hindrance free works execution.
• Review all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as submitted by contractor and report to the
project manager any deficiency or non compliance.
• Review field design changes and trend notices and asses time impact, and recommend
workarounds.
• Advise the project manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be
taken.
• Chair weekly progress meeting, attend executive meetings and participate in preparing the
agenda.
