This Regulation sets forth policy andguidance on the creation, issuance and recordkeep-ing of OHMR Forms 2 and 2A (Identification Card).
This regulation supersedes OHMRRegulation 640-3, 01 June 2002
This regulation applies to all compo-nents, elements, detachments, units and personnel ofthe Ohio Military Reserve.
Supplementation of this regula-tion and establishment of command and local policiesare prohibited.
