a. The Officer Training Graduate Award may be awarded to any member of the OHMR who, while amember of the OHMR, has successfully completed the Basic Officer Course (BOC), etc.b. A numeral device shall be affixed to ribbon to indicate the completion of specific levels of sub-sequent courses. The basic level (BOC) is indicated by the basic ribbon; the basic branch level(BBOC) by the numeral 2; the advanced branch level (ABOC) by the numeral 3; the Command &General Staff level by the numeral 4, and the War College level by the numeral 5.

a. The NCO Training Graduate Award may be awarded to any member of the OHMR who, while amember of the OHMR, has successfully completed Primary Leadership DevelopmentCourse (PLDC), etc.b. A numeral device shall be affixed to ribbon to indicate the completion of specific levels of sub-sequent courses. The primary level (PLDC) is indicated by the basic ribbon; the basic course level(BNCOC) by the numeral 2; advanced course (ANCOC) by the numeral 3; and the senior levelcourse by the numeral 4.

Summary.
This Regulation sets forth policy andguidance for awarding of Decorations, Awards andHonors to members of the Ohio Military Reserve andother individuals.
Supersedes.
This regulation supersedes OHMRRegulation 672-1, dated 01 February 2003.
Applicability.
This regulation applies to all compo-nents, elements, detachments, units and personnel ofthe Ohio Military Reserve.
Supplementation.
Supplementation of this regula-tion and establishment of command and local policiesaward or wear of decorations, awards or honors areprohibited without prior written approval from the As-sistant Chief of Staff, Personnel and Administration,OHMR-G1.
Suggested Improvements.
Suggested improve-ments which may be considered for this regulationshould be forwarded in writing to the proponentagency of this regulation, the Office of the AssistantChief of Staff, Personnel and Administration, OHMR-G1, Bldg. 863, Rickenbacker Airport, Columbus, Ohio43215.
