Hoover to First FederalSavings and Loan Association, securing the original Principal indebtedness of $78,325, Dated August 15, 2000, Recorded August 16, 2000, at Mortgage Book 212, Page 82, Todd County, Wisconsin. The Grantee by the acceptance of thisdeed assumes and agrees to pay the outstanding indebtedness according to itsterms and assumes and agrees to be bound by all other terms and covenantscontained in the Mortgage.
