Would love to see the brains behind this operation whether hoax or not does carry a certain charm. That the beauty of it though you could never know who it was or what the intent was behind it, just maintain an plethora of empty speculations. Brilliant and bizarre all in one. I will say however some views make sense regardless of the intent behind the work.

It's definitely an hoax. He repeats the One the creator but actually the worlds the planets create and destroy karmically themselves as we are composed by the four elements. As far as i understood this document, you suffer if you do something bad and you feel well if you do good. Why then are the ones which are responsible of the death and suffering of millions not crippled by pain?? And why should we not try to achieve to challenge ourselves together (Insider:"It is not good to have many friends")? It seems like Insider is somewhat promoting some form of "solipsism" (the physical world is there for you to overcome). But how should an individual have the impetus to challenge the self if there is nothing in this physical world to count on nor a slight hint of what his/her task is (apart from the maybe-phoney assurance of an "Elite Insider").

Whilst the beliefs and sentiment in this document are admirable I must question why anyone in any elite would wish to blow the whistle? I believe this is on par with council of nine and similar material distributed in the past.
